Paris woman indicted for murder in Sept. stabbing

PARIS, TX - A Paris woman now stands charged with the murder of her mother's boyfriend in September. District court records show 24-year-old Angela Villines was indicted for murder last week.

Paris Police say Villines stabbed 45-year-old James Sims in the chest and fled a home in the 600 block of Hearon Street on September 29. Police arrested Villines a short time later. They say the two had been arguing prior to the stabbing.

Villines is due back in court December 18 for an arraignment hearing.
