DENISON, TX - Dozens of people came by North Texas Regional Airport Saturday for Armed Forces day, sponsored by the Perrin Air Force Base Museum.

Those who attended took a peek inside the museum, browsing through their collections.

Civil War, World War II and Vietnam war re-enactors were also there, showing off the weapons and vehicles used during those wars.

World War II re-enactor and Korean war veteran, Charlie Brown, recalled what it was like in the military.

"It seems like I've been in the military all my life, but I enjoyed my time in the military. I learned a lot, I got to see over half of the world, so it was interesting, " he said.

The event and the museum is free to the public.
