KINGSTON, OK -- Hundreds of wheels hit the road Saturday in Marshall County.

Riding for a cause kicked off Saturday morning at Lacey's bar in Kingston with a poker run.

The benefit ride is for the underprivileged youth of Marshall County and victims of domestic violence.

Lacey's bar owner Steve Maynard says one-third of the money raised will also go to the Jackson family who were trapped in their home a month ago during the Calera storms.

"We're having a benefit ride it's riding for a cause. We're doing it every year, this is our first annual. It's for domestic violence, victims of domestic violence and underprivileged children of Marshall County," said Maynard.

The event is going on through the night with door prizes and auctions.
