Police name murder suspect in Sulphur Springs

SULPHUR SPRINGS, TX-- Police have named a suspect in the murder of a Sulphur Springs woman.

Sulphur Springs police named 31 year old Tony Crayton as the suspect in the murder of 27 year old Jessica Crayton.

She was found dead Tuesday afternoon at her home.

Shortly after the murder, they say Tony Crayton jumped from the League Street overpass on to the westbound lane of I-30. He was flown to Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler where he was last listed in stable condition.

He is being watched by police, and will be transported back to Sulphur Springs to face murder charges when he is released from the hospital.

The cause of Jessica Crayton's death has not been released.
