PONTOTOC COUNTY, OK-- A man accused of growing marijuana in his Pontotoc County home has turned himself in at his lawyer's request.
Rusty Hoppe had a warrant out for his arrest. The Drug Task Force found ten marijuana plants in pots, two power supplies and UV lights, indicating a marijuana grow, inside his mobile home earlier this month. They also found meth in the home.
Hoppe's first court appearance is set for August 28th.
