DURANT, OK -- Two people are behind bars this evening, accused of tricking Walmart employees into giving them cash.

49-year-old Kenneth Earl Turner and 47-year-old Lora Lafayette Walker both from Texas are deemed "quick change artists". They were arrested for obtaining property by trick or deception.

Durant police say the two visited the Durant Walmart on four occasions. Police say Turner would ask the cashier to give him change for multiple bills at the same time, confusing cashiers and walking away with more cash.

Investigators say the two took nearly $2,000 from the Walmart.
