GORDONVILLE, Texas -- A plane crash at the Cedar Mills airstrip sent several people to the hospital Saturday morning.

We were told by Texas DPS the plane crashed around 10:15 a.m. while attempting to land on the Cedar Mills airstrip in Gordonville.
Authorities say the aircraft got caught up in a heavy cross wind that blew the plane into the tree line.

Two males were airlifted to Plano Medical Center in critical condition, but have now been upgraded to stable condition. Two females that were also on the plane were transported to Wilson N. Jones in Sherman by ambulance.

The NTSB and the FAA are investigating.

This is the third plane crash in just over a week in the Texoma area.
