Reward being offer for capture of alleged Pontotoc County cattle thief

PONTOTOC COUNTY, OK -- A reward is now being offered to anyone who can help capture an alleged cattle thief.

According to Jerry Flowers, Chief Agent with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Larry Smith Jr. is still on the run after he allegedly stole 99 head of cattle from well-known rancher Jet McCoy.

Flowers says the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association is offering an award up to $10,000 dollars for anyone with information leading to the arrest and conviction of Smith.

He believes Smith is in South Central Oklahoma information can be given to Investigative Services at the state agency.
