DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Shoppers at an Acme Markets store in New Jersey have been anxiously checking their Powerball tickets this morning to see if they have a winner.
One of the three winning tickets in last night's $448 million drawing was sold at the store in Little Egg Harbor. A second was sold in South Brunswick, New Jersey, and the third in Minnesota, in the suburbs north of the Twin Cities.
Each winning ticket is worth $58 million after taxes, if taken in a lump sum.
The man in charge of the Acme store says he's glad that "someone's life is changing for the positive."
