SHERMAN, TX -- An overnight fire at Sherman's Executive Inn is ruled an accident by the Grayson County fire marshal.
Fire officials say it appears to be electrical and started around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday night on the second floor.
Sherman police say when emergency responders arrived they saw smoke and flames rolling out of the building.
People inside were evacuated and no one was hurt, but some were treated for smoke inhalation.
Officials say 90 percent of the fire was contained in a utility alley that separates the east and west wings.
The entire second floor has heat and smoke damage and the ground floor now has water damage.
