Sherman house set on fire for third time

SHERMAN, TX - Firefighters believe a Sherman home that was the scene of a fatal fire on Christmas Eve was set on fire for a third time Thursday night.

Firefighters say the fire started in the same room where the first fire was set in December. That blaze killed a toddler. Another arson happened in the house in the 1400 block of North Brents back in June.

Investigators are looking for whoever started the fire and think that's not the only criminal activity to take place there. If you have any information about any of the fires, call Sherman Police at 903-892-7290.
