Sherman man arrested for stealing a FedEx truck

SHERMAN, TEXAS -- Some of your Christmas packages might have been strewn across Sherman today.

Sherman resident Joshua Sisemore is accused of stealing a FedEx truck around 10:45 this morning when the driver left it unattended.

Sherman police say they got a call from someone saying they saw a man throwing packages out of a truck off Lake Street near the railroad tracks.

Sgt. Kevin Garbacik says police were able to find the truck, recover all the packages and arrest Sisemore.

Garbacik says Sisemore will be charged with theft more than $15,000 and credit card abuse.
