MARSHALL CO, OK-The mother of a man accused of shooting and killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend, then himself, pleaded no contest Tuesday to harboring a fugitive.

Joshua Mahaffey's mother, Emanda Mahaffey, was sentenced to five years probation, a $2,500 fine and 100 hours of community service.

District attorney Craig Ladd said warrants for Joshua Mahaffey were issued on June 20th for domestic abuse and violation of a protective order against his ex-girlfriend, Ashleigh Lindsey. Ladd said during that time, Emanda helped her son hide.

On July 13th, Marshall county deputies said Mahaffey shot Lindsey and her unborn baby to death at a Kingston home.
