PARIS, TX-- The man who fired shots into a Paris home last month has been arrested.
Officials say 40 year old Jason Cornelison turned himself into the Lamar County Sheriff's office on Tuesday.
Police say surveillance video showed Cornelison discharge a firearm in Walmart's parking lot that hit a home in the 3700 block of Pine Mill Road.
Police found a large caliber bullet hole in the side of the home and the bullet, inside, just a few feet away from where a resident had been lying down.
Cornelison is charged with deadly conduct and violation of a protective order.
He has since bonded out of jail.
