SHERMAN, TX -- TAPS transportation is thinking pink.

They've wrapped one of their buses in bright pink in partnership with Women Rock.

TAPS executive director, Brad Underwood says they'll give free rides to women on their way to get mammograms, or breast cancer treatments.

He says Women Rock will receive the proceeds from ads that are placed on the buses.

They also presented a check for $1,000 to the Grayson College Foundation to start the Women Rock/TAPS Scholarship Fund.

The money will help Grayson College students who've been affected by the disease.

"This is just another step forward in making sure that the women can get to their schooling and can get to their mammograms...it's just another step in the fight against breast cancer," said Luann Daniel.
