ADA, OK - The last of the three Ada teens accused of nearly killing an elderly man is headed to prison.

19-year-old Daniel Wayne Vivier was sentenced to thirty years in prison last Wednesday.

He's convicted of attempt to kill, burglary and robbery.

Pontoto County authorities said Vivier is one of three teens who beat, stabbed and robbed 86-year-old Claude Arterburn in January of last year.

Arterburn did survive the attack.

This past January, 19-year-old Trey Irvin was sentenced to thirty years in prison on the same charges.

The third suspect, 18-year-old Grant Ellis Johnson received the same sentence in May.
