Trial begins for Kingston man accused of sex crimes

MADILL, OK - The jury trial is underway for the Kingston man accused of sexually assaulting five girls.

Court records show 59-year-old Randolph Derebery is being tried for one of the four alleged sex crimes.

A status conference for his other three charges is set for Dec. 5.

Derebery has been arrested three separate times for reportedly molesting five different girls.

He is currently being held in the Marshall County jail on a $1.9 million bond.
