POTTAWATOMIE CO., OK -- The man accused of killing a fellow ECU student was due in Pottawatomie court Tuesday morning.

Jerrod Murray was supposed to have his felony disposition docket Tuesday but it's been continued.

The Pottawatomie District Attorney's office says it was rescheduled because Murray's attorney filed to use the defense of not guilty by reason of insanity and they need to provide a doctor's report.

Murray is accused of shooting and killing ECU freshman Generro Sanchez in December of 2012.

Murray will be back in court April 29th
