BURNEYVILLE, OK - The Turner High School boy's basketball coached has resigned after allegations of misconduct.

High School Principal Burl Solie confirms the school board accepted the resignation of Darin Gammill on Friday.

Gammill was placed on administrative leave a few weeks ago while the school investigated allegations against the coach.

No criminal charges have been filed against him. However, records show in 2004 Gammill was let go from Newcastle High School for inappropriate behavior. In 2009, he was suspended as the Alex School's basketball coach based on complaints from parents.
