Two arrested, connected with Cooke County mail thefts

COOKE COUNTY, TX -- Two men are behind bars linked to recent Cooke County mail thefts.

The Sheriff's Office says when deputies arrested a 21-year-old man on outstanding warrants last Monday they found nearly $20,000 dollars in checks taken from U.S. Mail. They say they found more stolen mail Friday when they arrested a 27-year-old man on unrelated warrants.

The suspects names aren't being released.
