DURANT, OK-Two Texans have been sentenced to prison for aggravated identity theft charges in Texoma.

Chris Drew Dunn and Amannda Lucia Malaby are headed to prison for two years and ordered to pay nearly $20,000 in restitution.

In May, Atoka Deputy Greg Munholland stopped the two in Atoka county and found they had several counterfeit credit cards. They pled guilty in September.

David Cathey, with the Bryan County District Attorney's Office, said the investigation was a joint effort with several agencies.

"This one's a win for the good guys because identity thieves and credit card thieves are difficult to catch, so we were glad to be able to do this and I'm proud of my guys at the Durant PD and the work all of us did on this one," he said.

Neither Dunn or Malaby are eligible for parole.
