BOKCHITO,OK -- Two men have been arrested in connection with Sunday night's fatal shooting.

Sunday night, a passerby found 22-year old Frank "Wendall" Owens lying on the the Blue River Bridge off Old Highway 70.

He was bleeding profusely from a gunshot wound.

He died later that night at the Medical Center of Southeastern Oklahoma.

Owens' friend, Tyler Kinnamon, still can't believe he's gone.

"It's sad, but maybe he's in a better place now," said Kinnamon.

Monday, 22-year old Mark Anthony Neal was arrested for Owens' murder.

Tuesday, 31-year old Craig Becker, was arrested as an accessory to murder.

The Bryan County Sheriff's office, U.S. Marshalls and OSBI are investigating the homicide.

"What they're trying to determine right now is the circumstance in which the victim and the suspect came into contact with each other that night," said Gary Perkinson.

OSBI spokesperson Gary Perkinson says after Owens was shot, they suspect Becker helped set the truck Owens was driving on fire.

Perkinson says investigators have interviewed family and friends of both the suspect and Owens to determine a motive.

While law enforcement is still searching for answers, Tyler and Darin Kinnamon say they think Neal attacked their friend in a fight over a girl.

"I guess he was in love with her. He killed a man over her," said Tyler Kinnamon.

OSBI says Neal and Becker are awaiting formal charges.

As for the Kinnamons, they just want justice for their friend.

"He'd always do things for his friends. He'd go out of his way for them and stuff," said Darin Kinnamon.

"He was there for us and we were there for him," said Tyler Kinnamon.
