SHERMAN, TX -- Sherman Police say two people were taken to the hospital after a semi driver fell asleep and crashed.
The accident happened around 7:45 Sunday morning on Highway 75 on the bridge above Center St. Officers say the semi was traveling south when the driver fell asleep at the wheel, struck a divider and then ran off the roadway. No other vehicles were involved. Police say the driver and a passenger in the truck were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
