MARSHALL COUNTY, OK -- A 18-month-old boy died Sunday afternoon after he was struck by a vehicle near Madill.
OHP says Brandon Laclair was hit by a truck pulling a trailer in a pasture on private property off of Highway 70 and Simpson around 4 p.m.
Troopers say the driver of the truck, 43-year-old Vincint Laclair tells them he did not notice the child until he got out of his truck to pick up some debris.
Officials tell us the little boy died shortly after he was taken to Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore.
OHP is still investigating.
