VAN ALSTYNE, TX - A Van Alstyne man is behind bars after police said they found child pornography on his computer Friday morning.
Sherman police arrested 33-year-old John Hollingsworth for possession with intent to promote child pornography. They said they've been investigating the transfer of child pornography over the internet from a Van Alstyne residence.
Around 10:00 Friday morning, Sherman and Van Alstyne officers said they executed a search warrant at Hollingsworth's home in the 400 block of Nunnalee Avenue.
Hollingsworth is in the Grayson County Jail and if convicted he could face 2 to 20 years in prison.
