Volunteers clean Durant parks

DURANT, OK -- Several volunteers spent their Saturday cleaning Durant parks.

First United Bank employees, their family and friends spent the morning painting and laying down new mulch. They also helped paint and clean the Boys and Girls Club.

Bank employees say helping the community they serve is important to them.

"So, this is just who we are and what we're all about and that's helping each other and making a difference in the lives of people in our community," bank president Bert Davison said.

About 100 people took part in the clean up.
