Wapanucka water update

WAPANUCKA, OK -- Water is back on in Wapanucka tonight, but city officials say it's a temporary fix.

The water tower is now tied in to the Atoka Rural Water District, but Johnston County emergency management says it will be a few days before Wapanucka's tower is back to normal levels.

Residents are asked conserve water and continue to drink bottled water. You can still pick up bottled water from the fire station.

The town is still under a voluntary water boil.
