SOUTHLAKE, TX - Police say a Whitesboro couple may be responsible for a string of car burglaries in the Southlake area.

46-year-old Bradley Phillips and 32-year-old Jennifer Johnston were arrested last Wednesday in Southlake. The couple was pulled over when their red Dodge Charger matched the description police had been looking for in connection with several car burglaries. Police say several items inside their vehicle matched property reported stolen.

Both Phillips and Johnston were charged with the vehicle burglaries, and Johnston was also charged with credit card abuse.

Southlake Police say they are still trying to determine if the two are connected to several other burglaries in the area over the last few months. Phillips was released from the Keller Jail after posting $10,000 bail.
