UPDATE: Woman robbed and dragged by vehicle at Gainesville Walmart parking lot

GAINESVILLE, TX -- Gainesville Police are asking for help in finding two people who robbed a woman In the Walmart parking lot Sunday afternoon.

Police say a passenger in a white Pontiac 4-door sedan snatched a 48-year-old woman's bag as she was leaving the store. They say the woman was clinging to her purse as the suspects made their getaway and dragged her through the parking lot with the stolen vehicle.

The woman was treated and released from from North Texas Medical Center.

One of the suspects is described as a heavy set Hispanic male who is 25 to 30 years of age.
