JOHNSTON COUNTY, OK - One of the two people charged in the rape and murder of a Johnston County teacher will not go to trial. Roy Zornes was found incompetent to stand trial, according to court records.

Prosecutors say 24-year-old Roy Zornes raped and murdered 60-year-old Jane Bullard and then set fire to her home near Ravia in March 2010. 19-year-old Angel Cassa is also charged in the case and is due back in court in December.

Another man, 42-year-old James Baker, was also initially charged, but the case was thrown out due to "evidentiary issues."

Bullard's family says they were told by the district attorney's office that they will decide which secure facility Zornes will be taken to within the next few months.
