Missing Texas child found safe in McCurtain Co.

Updated: 10/28/2008 - IDABEL, OK ― Three children reported kidnapped from Lubbock, Texas, have been found safe in Oklahoma, and a man they were with is in custody. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 11-year-old Jasmine Bazan was found Tuesday morning with 41-year-old Kenneth Wilcox.
