Madden charged with killing gay man in OKC in possible gang initiation

Darrell Lynn Madden was charged on Wednesday with the October slaying of Steven Domer, 62. Madden also is charged with murder in the death of his friend, Bradley Qualls, at an Ardmore apartment complex.
