During a chase in September, Officer Justin Blackshear crashed his patrol car into a tree. MARIETTA, OK -- It may seem like copper thefts have died down recently as the value of the metal has decreased, but that's not the case for one southern Oklahoma business. Over the past few weeks a Marietta electric company has noticed several electrical lines down. A spokesperson says he is concerned not just for his company's loss, but for the copper thieves as well.

- Ada Electric Car customers will get credit
ADA, OK -- A few weeks ago, we told you about an Ada electric car dealership, that filed a lawsuit against the state of Oklahoma. Wednesday, a Garfield County District Judge issued an injunction against the Oklahoma Tax Commission prohibiting the commission from denying tax credits to people who buy low speed vehicles from Ada Electric Cars, and five other dealerships included in the suit.
