ARDMORE, OK - A brother and sister are behind Carter County bars tonight accused of attempting to steal more than a thousand dollars worth of electronics from Walmart.

Ardmore police arrested 40-year-old Bert Tucker and 51-year-old Dorothy Potts yesterday after Walmart employees allegedly caught the duo trying to take laptops, tvs and a CD player.

Police said Tucker threatened a loss prevention employee with a knife when confronted about the theft.

Court records show both siblings have pending charges of grand larceny.

Tucker also faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Both are expected in court Monday afternoon.
