CARTER COUNTY, OK - A Sulphur woman is in critical condition after she was ejected from the truck she was riding in this morning.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 37-year-old Christen Sites was a passenger the pickup that slammed into an embankment, then rolled. Troopers say the driver was headed south on Highway 77 when he was distracted and ran off the roadway. The crash happened about 3 and a half miles north of Springer.
Sites was flown to OU Medical Center. The driver was treated and released from Mercy Memorial Hospital in Ardmore.
