First Carfit Event in Ardmore

ARDMORE, OK---Several cars lined up at the Ardmore fire station today for free safety check. AAA and OHP hosted the first Carfit event to help older adults learn more about the safety features in their personal vehicles.

Experts showed people how to properly wear a seat belt, how to locate emergency flashers, and blind spots. AAA said they are trying to make the road safer for everyone and they plan on holding more car fit events in the future.
