KINGSTON, OK - A Marshall County man has been arrested on sex abuse charges for the second time this month.

Jail officials said 58-year-old Randolph Derebery was arrested last week for rape by instrumentation and released on a $20,000 bond.

They said his bond was initially set at $75,000 but reduced because he turned himself in.

Investigators said the Marshall County landlord was arrested just over a week ago for lewd acts with two of his teenage tenants.

They said he was released on a $35,000 bond.
