COLBERT, OK - An accident early this morning in Bryan County has taken the life of a 20-year-old Denison man.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol tells us it happened on State Highway 91 west of Colbert around 12:30 a.m. Corey Michael Tallas was lying in the roadway when a vehicle traveling eastbound struck him. Troopers say the driver of that vehicle, 49-year-old Valarie Francine Mccutcheon- Lester of Durant, is suspected of driving under the influence. Tallas was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers don't yet know why Tallas was lying in the road.
