Send TMC receives award from parent company

DENISON, TX -- TMC received high praise from its parent company Thursday.

The Chairman and CEO of Universal Health Services came to Texoma from Pennsylvania to present TMC with two awards, for Service Excellence and Quality.

UHS owns TMC and hospitals all over the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

TMC beat over 200 other hospitals for their excellence in service and quality.

"Of all of our hospitals, this hospital won the award for this year, which is an outstanding award, everybody tries very hard to get it, its very coveted, its the only best award we have in the company and Texoma won it," said Alan Miller, CEO and Chairman, Universal Health Services, Inc.

UHS is one of the nation's largest healthcare management companies.
