THEY NEED TO BE BURNED THE EXACT SAME WAY AND PUT SO FAR BACK IN A CELL NO ONE EVER HEARS THEIR SCREAMS AND LEFT.

Not 100% sure on the circumstances of the burns, but I believe this was from a meth lab accident. His parents and grand parents didn't seek medical help to avoid the "How, why, when" questions from CPS and Law Enforcement

They should all get life. Poor little boy being burned and left to suffer threw the pain!!! I hope they all rot in a cell!!
