DURANT, OKLAHOMA -- The Durant man charged with killing his 14 month-old son was back in court today.

23 year-old Marin Clay Allison was arrested on June 22nd. He's charged with murder in the first degree-child abuse.

Allison was originally denied bail.

Today, court records show that a judge reduced his bail to $250,000.

An affidavit says Allison was sick, got frustrated with his son for wanting to play and picked him up.

The boy's head then hit the floor, causing a massive skull fracture to the back of his head.

A preliminary hearing is set for July 18th.
