ARDMORE, OK - The city of Ardmore is celebrating a big birthday this weekend as it turns 125-years-old.

The birthday party will be held Friday and Saturday at the Mountain View Mall on Commerce St. from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This year's theme is "Come Take A Walk Down Memory Lane".

Organizers said State Representative Pat Ownbey, State Senator Frank Simpson and Ardmore Mayor Bob Geurin will speak at the event.

Events will include a craft fair show, face painting, a cake cutting and karaoke.
