Michelin opens family health center in Ardmore

ARDMORE, OK - Michelin celebrated a grand opening of a new Ardmore Family Health Center Tuesday.

The health center is located at the Ardmore manufacturing facility and is open to all Michelin employees.

The new building has multiple exam rooms and a physical therapy room with more than twelve nurses and doctors on staff.

Michelin Plant Manager Stephanie Andrews said this is just another way Michelin supports it's employee's wellness.

"It's certainly exciting for them to have something convenient and accessible for them right here on site, Andrews said. "Extended hours for them as well."

Michelin said they anticipate more than 4,000 visits in its first year.
