Some cold and cough medicines are being taken out of stores across the country. Makers of the products say they're safe to use, but they're not always used correctly by parents. The recall is being blamed on rare patterns of misuse that leads to overdoses, particularly in infants.

Here's the list of recalled brands:

-DIMETAPP DECONGESTANT INFANT DROPS

-LITTLE COLDS DECONGESTANT PLUS COUGH

-PEDIACARE INFANT DROPS

-TRIAMINIC INFANT & TODDLER THIN STRIPS

-TYLENOL CONCENTRATED INFANTS DROPS]
