Tips for Stressed Out Mothers

Stress management can make a big difference in the life of burned out mothers. Today we have a few tips on managing that stress.

1. Eat Better-Lots of Fruits and Veggies. Drink your body weight in ounces of water
2. Excercise- Take a walk
3. P.T.- Personal time: Do something that you love, it will help you relax
4. Get some sleep- Lack of sleep depletes your energy, causes changes in mood, an can be very bad for your health.
