Cooking with Cathy: Turkey Bagel

*Makes 2 bagels

1 package pre-sliced bagels
1-8 oz. carton lite cream cheese
1/2 lb. shave smoked turkey
1/2 lb. baby Swiss cheese, sliced
1/4 cup red pepper, diced
1/4 cup green onions, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 medium tomato, sliced
spring mixed lettuce
1 carton fresh strawberries

In a small bowl, mix cream cheese with peppers, onions, garlic powder and lemon juice. Spread mixture onto a bagel and top with 1/2 of the smoked turkey. Top turkey with a slice of baby Swiss cheese, tomato slice and lettuce. Cut bagel in half and serve with fresh strawberries.
