Ingredients:
1-lb. ground turkey
1-4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 bag pre-washed Romaine lettuce
1 cup shredded cheese
1 can medium black olives, drained
1 carton grape tomatoes
1 jar Chef Cathy's Awesome Salsa
2 TBS. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook turkey in oil and spices. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green chilies and stir. Lower heat. On a plate, build the salad with all other ingredients putting the cheese on top. Top salad with cooked turkey. Top with Chef Cathy's Awesome Salsa.
