Cooking with Cathy: All Natural Pizza

1 package prepared pizza crust *get the one made with pure honey
1-lb. all natural sausage, Dominion Farms
2 cups all natural Mozzarella cheese made with skim milk
1 cup all natural tomato sauce
1 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup red pepper, diced
1 cup white onion, diced
1 cup baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
2 TBS. extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 tsp Italian seasoning

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 1 TBS. of oil and Italian seasoning. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until sausage is done. Set aside. Brush pizza crust with the remaining oil. Spread tomato sauce over crust, leaving about 1" from the side. Top sauce with cheese and add all other ingredients. Cook at 425 for 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Let pizza stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
