Each entrant pays $3. That’s $30 per round
We supply the shotgun shells to make it fair for everyone. A box of shells cost about $5 and have 25 shells. 1 box = 2 ½ rounds.
Each entrant shoots a paper target from a prescribed distance. Each target should get 15-20 bb’s to hit it. Each entrants bb closest to the bulls eye is selected and compared against the other entrants. Closest one to the bull is the winner.
The winner will receive a coupon for as free turkey (12#-14#) from Albertsons in Sherman. They will have to go to the store to redeem the coupon and hopefully will purchase the rest of their Thanksgiving feast from our sponsor.

18th Annual Toy-Give-a-Way
Fairview Baptist Church is sponsoring our 18th Annual Toy-Give-a-Way, Saturday, December 5, 2009. In 2008, we assisted with over 1600 children to receive wrapped gifts (3) from their parents on Christmas morning.
We do not compete with the Salvation Army we cooperate together for the families that have older children or the ones that they are unable to assist. We work with many of the local churches and schools.
We are still accepting any donations of money or toys to make this as successful as previous years. For more information, contact our church office at (903) 892-3543.
If you would be interested in interviewing our Director, Sharon Howell, for your morning or noon news program, please feel free to contact her at (903) 892-3543.
