7 Highly Effective Ways to Start a Healthier New You in the New Year

1-Eat 4-6 small meals/ day every 3-4 hours, do not miss breakfast

2-Eat 1 Carbohydrate serving with at least 1protein serving at each small meal

3-Exercise 5 times a week at least 20 minutes/ day

4-Eat 3 fruits (1med.) and 3-5 vegetables/ day (1cup of raw and ½ cup of cooked)

5-Drink 8-8oz. glasses of water, more if you exercise or sweat, limit alcohol and caffeine
